Upgrade to Truist Bank ePay Online Payment System

The Truist Bank ePay Online Payment System will be upgraded on Thursday, February 6, 2025. The interface will be much more user friendly and will include new features, like allowing debtors to schedule payments more than 3 days in advance, allowing debtors to schedule recurring payments, and allowing a payment to be made by a third-party (i.e. family member). Additionally, if a debtor’s case is dismissed and a new case is filed, the debtor will now be able to link the new case to their existing ePay account without the Trustee’s office intervention.

The location (website URL) of the site will change. A link to the new site will be available both on the old site’s login page, as well as on this website’s ePay page, beginning Thursday, February 6th.

Anyone who wishes to use the upgraded Truist Bank ePay Online Payment System will be required to re-register. In an effort to make re-registration easier, users registered with the current ePay Online Payment System will receive an email from the bank that will include a ‘smart link’ to the registration page. Clicking that link will open a page with pre-filled information, including case number and name. The email containing the registration link will be sent on or after Thursday, February 6th.

Historical data from the old ePay Online Payment System will not transfer to the upgraded system, but debtors can review all case data, including payments made to the Trustee, by registering for a free account at the National Data Center (www.ndc.org).

Debtors are not required to use the upgraded Truist ePay Online Payment system. If they are currently making payments via TFS, or if they are mailing payments to our lockbox in Memphis, TN, they can continue doing that. This only relates to those already using the Truist Bank ePay Online Payment System.

Email epay @ russotrustee.com with questions about the upgrade.
