FOR CONFIRMATION HEARINGS AND MOTIONS:
Once an Adjournment Request is received and reviewed, a Determination of Adjournment Request will be docketed on CM/ECF. This docket entry will indicate whether or not the hearing was adjourned. If the request was granted, the new date and time will be docketed. This may be different from the date requested on the Adjournment Request form. If the request was denied, the reason for denial will be docketed.
IF A DETERMINATION OF ADJOURNMENT REQUEST IS NOT DOCKETED, YOU MUST APPEAR AT THE HEARING.
Effective August 1, 2017 the Trustee’s office will no longer email notices to requesting attorneys when 341 adjournment requests are denied.
When a 341 adjournment request is received, the case will be reviewed to determine if an adjournment can be approved.
As is currently the practice, approved requests will be docketed on PACER with the new date and time, and will also appear on the Trustee’s Calendar Disposition List as Continued.
DENIED REQUESTS WILL NO LONGER BE RETURNED BY EMAIL TO THE REQUESTING ATTORNEY. If a notice is not received from PACER with the new date and time of the meeting, you must check the Trustee’s Calendar Disposition List to determine the status of your request. If it has been denied, it will appear in the NOTES section, indicating the reason for denial.

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2017:
Cases on the Confirmation calendar where a 341 Meeting has not been held will be recommended for dismissal unless a new 341 Meeting date has been scheduled.
The 341 Adjournment Request Form and process has changed.
