Trustee Limited objection:

1. If creditors agree and Motion to vacate is granted, then A motion to approve sale and application to retain realtor must be filed with in 14 days of the order vacating the dismissal with a sale to occur withing 45 days of any sale order entered.

2. A new confirmation date must be fixed in the Order vacating the dismissal
