Limited case data is hosted by Ramapo Information Systems, Inc. and is available online at www.ramapo.com. This data is updated daily and includes, among other things, the last 3 payments made by the debtor and all disbursements to creditors.

The first time you need to access this data you must use the "Sign-Up for Case Access" link. Complete the form, providing your email address, your name, address, telephone number and the password you wish to use. The form will be reviewed by the Trustee's staff and approved or denied within 24 - 48 hours.

Login names and passwords are maintained by Ramapo Information Systems, Inc. and are encrypted [stored in a 'garbled' manner so the password cannot be read]. If you lose your password, neither the Trustee's office nor Ramapo Information Systems, Inc. can provide it for you. To gain access to case data you must complete the sign-up form again, providing a new password. Once again, your request will be reviewed by the Trustee's staff and approved or denied within 24 - 48 hours.
